ALFRED, NY – The Alfred University girls’s swimming & diving crew defeated visiting NCAA Division II opponent, Roberts Wesleyan University, 170-121 on Wednesday night from the McLane Natatorium.
 
“It was another great showing for the Saxons this evening!  There were some great things for us to be excited about as we continue to look great both in our swimming events and our diving,” Head Coach Brian Striker ’00 mentioned. “We had many in-season best performances tonight. I have been thoroughly impressed with the effort we have been putting forth every day. That was my first time competing against Roberts Wesleyan, it was a fun meet – great swimming and diving on both sides. We have a quick turnaround as we need to get ready for Brockport on Saturday…so back in the water in the morning.”
