Miles Named to Lieberman Award Preseason Watch List

FORT WORTH – With 10 days to go earlier than the beginning of the 2025-26 season, Olivia Miles has added to her preseason {hardware}.

Miles was certainly one of 20 gamers chosen to the 2025-26 Nancy Lieberman Point Guard of the Year Preseason Top 20 Watch List.

The honor marks the fourth consecutive season Miles has been tabbed to the preseason watch listing. Miles was a top-five finalist for accolade in 2024-25 and was certainly one of 10 gamers named to the 2022-23 midseason watch listing.

Now in its 27^th season, the Lieberman Award is voted on and introduced yearly by the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame and the Women’s Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA).

Miles is the fourth TCU participant to obtain Lieberman Award consideration alongside All-Americans Hailey Van Lith (2025), Helena Sverisdottir (2010) and Adrianne Ross (2007, 2008). Van Lith was a top-10 finalist for the award final season.

The 5-10 guard was certainly one of 4 Big 12 gamers chosen to the watch listing, becoming a member of Jordan Harrison (West Virginia), S’Mya Nichols (Kansas) and Jada Williams (Iowa State).

Miles is essentially the most achieved level guard on the watch listing.
