UNC Hussman college students had been acknowledged for excellent pictures work on the 2025 College Photographer of the Year Awards. This competitors, celebrating its eightieth anniversary, is the world’s largest collegiate photojournalism competitors. Over 600 college students from 190 schools and universities worldwide submit their work.
Many of the awards and acknowledgments obtained by UNC Hussman college students had been attributed to the work performed on the Floodlines undertaking within the Carolina Photojournalism Workshop, led by Professor Pat Davison.
