Philadelphia International Airport will shut two safety checkpoints as the continued federal government shutdown continues to hinder airport operations nationwide.
Starting Wednesday, Terminals A-West and F safety checkpoints might be briefly closed. In a press release, PHL stated in collaboration with the U.S. Transportation Security Administration, the non permanent closure will “provide optimal operations” at checkpoints in terminals A-East, B, C and D/E.
