Males’s Swimming & Diving Opens 2025-26 Season on Saturday at Penn

PHILADELPHIA, Pa. — The Columbia males’s swimming and diving program will open the 2025-26 season on Saturday at Sheerr Pool in Philadelphia. The Lions will sq. off in an Ivy League twin meet towards the Penn Quakers that’s scheduled to start at midday.

LAST SEASON

The males completed the 2024-25 season with a 3-5 general document in twin meets, with a 3-4 mark in Ivy contests, incomes wins over Penn, Brown, and Dartmouth. The Lions would go on to complete in sixth place on the Ivy League Championships. 

NEW FACES

SCOUTING PENN

The Penn males completed final season with an general document of 4-6, with a 1-6 mark in Ivy League twin meets. The Quakers would go on to complete seventh on the Ivy League Championships. 

Last season, the Lions earned a 188-11 win over Penn.

Peter Whittington is the Quakers’ solely returning All-Ivy recipient after selecting up second-team honors at Ivies with a second-place end within the 400 IM final yr.

Emma Sticklen, a three-time NCAA champion and NCAA document holder within the 200 fly at Texas, enters her first season with the Quakers as an assistant coach.
