Spain: Flex-living brand Habyt has launched a lifestyle brand Atipico Hotels, with its first property open in Madrid. 

The debut Atipico resort has opened in Madrid, situated at Calle Alcalá 164. It affords 118 rooms, some with terraces, alongside coworking house, a gymnasium, and rooftop. It has been designed in-house by Habyt.

Habyt expects Atipico Madrid to generate €3 million in revenues and a median occupancy of 75 per cent.
