Role Overview We are in search of an organized, proactive, and extremely discreet Personal Assistant / Lifestyle Manager to assist the Principal and household in each skilled and private issues. The preferrred candidate will mix distinctive organizational abilities with the power to anticipate wants, handle advanced schedules, and make sure the easy operating of day-to-day family and life-style actions.

Key Responsibilities Personal & Lifestyle Management

– Manage the Principal’s calendar, appointments, and journey preparations.

– Coordinate private errands, purchasing, and family necessities.

– Organize occasions, social engagements, and leisure, together with invites, RSVPs, and visitor administration.

– Ensure all family employees are coordinated effectively to fulfill the Principal’s and household’s necessities.

Travel & Logistics

– Plan, guide, and handle home and worldwide journey, together with flights, lodging, visas, and itineraries.
