The Hawaii County Department of Parks and Recreation has introduced that registration is now open for the 2025 Winter Fun Program.

The program — which retains kids energetic throughout winter break with a wide range of arts, crafts, sports activities and different actions — is being provided at 5 places.

To register, name this system contacts starting to arrange a registration appointment.

All funds should be made in money, cash order or licensed examine. No private checks can be accepted.

Please observe that applications won’t be in session Thursday, Dec. 25, and Thursday, Jan. 1, in observance of the vacations.

Kea‘au Armory/Herbert Shipman Park

Ages: 1st grade by 4th grade

Program dates: Dec. 22-Jan. 2, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday

Program time: 8 a.m.-2 p.m.

Cost: $35 per participant
