Goins, Lawson Declare NEC Weekly Honors

BRIDGEWATER, N.J. (November 13, 2025) – The NEC revealed its males’s and ladies’s swimming & diving weekly honors the place Howard University noticed a pair of Bison acknowledged for his or her performances towards VMI and UMBC in Baltimore. Le Moyne College’s Lucas Clay gained NEC Men’s Swimmer of the Week.
 
On the ladies’s aspect, Central Connecticut State swept the weekly awards: Maggie Rutledge (Swimmer of the Week); Addison Kenney (Rookie of the Week) and Jewelle Mazairz (Diver of the Week).
 
Friday (Nov. 14), Howard goes to Emmitsburg, Md., to face Mount St. Mary’s. First race is ready for two p.m.
