4A Football: Quarterfinals Qualifiers Lined Up After Two Saturday Second-Round Games

AURORA — The remaining two second-round video games within the CHSAA 4A State Football Playoffs have been performed Saturday, finishing the sphere for the quarterfinals.

The prime eight seeds have all superior following Saturday wins by No. 2 Montrose and No. 4 Durango.

Friday’s closest video games have been No. 8 Pueblo West’s 16-14 win over No. 9 Northfield, and No. 3 Palmer Ridge’s 19-16 win over No. 14 Mesa Ridge.

The 4A state championship recreation shall be performed Saturday, Dec. 6, at 1:30 at Canvas Stadium in Fort Collins. It would be the second championship recreation of the day, following the 3A recreation at 10 a.m. and previous the 5A recreation set for five p.m.
