Wisconsin caps off day one at Texas Invitational

AUSTIN, Texas — The No. 17 Wisconsin Badgers girls’s swimming crew picked up three NCAA qualifying marks and three top-10 finishes within the opening day of competitors on the Texas Invitational. 

In the 1650 free, junior Maddie Waggoner and senior Blair Stoneburg picked up NCAA qualifying occasions. Waggoner led the Badger pack for a fourth place end within the occasion, touching the wall with a time of 16:10.08. Stoneburg adopted shortly behind in fifth with a time of 16:18.06.
