Rescue Mission Alliance Central Coast will provide Christmas Hope in partnership with Vida Church, an initiative designed to supply raw vacation meals for the unhoused and households in want.
Christmas Hope will happen at 4 p.m. Dec. 11 at Rescue Mission Alliance Central Coast, 1207 N. McClelland St., Santa Maria.
The occasion’s aim is to bridge the hole for households and unhoused through the vacation season.
“We hope to raise awareness around our cities tremendous need in partnership with surrounding organizations. It will feature a surprise visit from Santa,” organizers stated.
“We are incredibly excited about Christmas Hope and believe it will provide that beacon of light necessary to our community in need,” stated Luke Johnson, director of Rescue Mission Alliance Central Coast. “This initiative is a core piece of our identification.
