The John T. O’Connor Senior Center is happy to announce the addition of three new courses designed to assist the well being, creativity, and social well-being of older adults locally. Known for providing free Center membership and all kinds of free and low-cost packages to adults age 50+, the Center continues its mission to offer alternatives that improve bodily health, creative expression, lifelong studying, and significant connection. The new courses—Everyday Fitness with Tricia, Card Making, and Scrapbooking—increase the Center’s already sturdy lineup of train, arts and crafts, leisure, academic, and health-focused choices.

Everyday Fitness with Tricia focuses on enhancing power, stability, and general health by way of approachable seated, standing, and modified workout routines. This beginner-friendly class is right for people with limitations or these new to train. Offered completely at O’Connor Senior Center, the category meets Mondays and Fridays at 9:00 a.m.
