Mike’s Painting hooks huge venture
On Jan. 7, Mounds View, Minnesota’s well-known 30-foot mermaid statue, readied for restoration work at Mike’s Painting in New Ulm. Painter Tim Koehler mentioned the purpose was to revive the statue to its look within the Seventies. The venture was accomplished in May.
