HKIA points invitation to tender for Fashion/Fashion Accessories concession

Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) has issued an invite to tender for a Fashion/Fashion Accessories concession.

There are two licences up for grabs – referred to as A and B – with the approximate store areas stretching 420 sq ft and 183 sq ft respectively.

The location for each is on Level 6 of the Departures West Hall in Terminal 1.

The deadline for submissions is 10 February 2026 at 4pm (Hong Kong time).

It comes scorching on the heels of the lately launched Lifestyle Accessories, Smart Gadgets and Gifts concession tender by the airport.

This sees a chance for 2 areas. The first is store ‘A’ spanning an space of round 1,044 sq ft, situated on Level 7 of the Departures Check-in Hall in Terminal 1.

The second, area ‘B’, occupies 570 sq ft and is situated on Level 6 of Departures West Hall, Terminal 1.

The shut date for the Accessories, Smart Gadgets and Gifts concession tender is simply over a month away, on 4 February 2026, at 4pm (Hong Kong time).

Potential tenderers should maintain a legitimate Registered Account as ‘Retailer/F&B Operator’ and pay a payment of HK$5,000 (non-refundable) to entry the paperwork.
