RICHMOND, Va. (January 6, 2026) – Towson senior Sean Colson was chosen because the CAA Men’s Swimmer of the Week, whereas William & Mary junior Julie Addison and Towson junior Addie Scott shared Women’s Swimmer of the Week accolades. Weekly diving awards went to Towson seniors Aidan Clark and Shannon Parrau.
 
CAA Men’s Swimmer of the Week
Sean Colson, Sr., Towson (Silver Spring, Md.)
Colson posted three first-place finishes in Towson’s twin meet with George Mason, recording victories within the 100 again (48.42), 200 again (1:44.93) and the 200 medley relay. In the Tigers’ meet towards Navy, he was second within the 100 again (51.17) and fourth within the 100 fly (51.83).

CAA Women’s Co-Swimmer of the Week

Julie Addison, Jr., William & Mary (Crozet, Va.)
