‘Ton of enjoyable available’: N.L.’s ski slopes able to welcome again clients for one more season

Two of the province’s main ski resorts are gearing as much as open for his or her 2026 season as skiers in Labrador City are already having fun with the slopes.

Marble Mountain in western Newfoundland is scheduled to open on Thursday for its newest season.

Six of the resort’s dozens of runs are set to function on opening day, together with the Crooked Feeder, Chilliwack, Hansen’s Run, Random Passage, Major’s Path and Marble Chute trails.

There is just one ski carry for guests to make use of, as each the Black Mariah and Newfie Bullet chair lifts will not be working this winter.

In Clarenville, White Hills Resort is aiming to open on Jan. 15, as an incoming rainstorm may decimate the resort’s collected snow.
