Plainville Couple Arrested After Gaming Machines Broken at Calhoun Circle Okay

Kristi Deann Skaggs, 41, and her husband, Wayne Spencer Swingle, 42, each of Plainville, have been arrested after gaming machines have been broken at a Calhoun comfort retailer, in keeping with police.
