Dozens of ICE automobiles seen in Kansas City car parking zone

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – KCTV5 information crews have seen dozens of ICE-branded automobiles parked in rows at a car parking zone in Kansas City.

KCTV5’s Ale Espinosa reported the car parking zone with the marked automobiles was on the intersection of North Arlington Avenue and NE Parvin Road.

There was no signal of immigration enforcement exercise Tuesday afternoon, solely the visible of the marked vehicles.

City and federal officers haven’t confirmed the rationale for the massive variety of ICE automobiles in Kansas City.

About 10 minutes after KCTV5 cameras began recording the marked ICE automobiles, a number of white vans drove as much as block the view of the vehicles.

On Tuesday morning, Rep. Emanuel Cleaver (D-Kansas City) launched a letter condemning the Department of Homeland Security’s plans to open an immigration detention middle in Kansas City, as reported by the Washington Post.

KCTV5 has not discovered of any connection between the ICE automobiles and the reported immigration facility coming to Kansas City.
