CCIW Names Leslie, Kuhn Men’s Swimming & Diving Student-Athletes of the Week

NAPERVILLE – Augustana junior Tyler Leslie and Carthage sophomore Devon Kuhn had been named the College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) Men’s Swimming & Diving Student-Athletes of the Week following their performances in twin competitors final Saturday. 
 
Swimming: Tyler Leslie, Augustana
The Aurora, Ill. native helped lead the Vikings to twin victories over Monmouth (221-14) and Coe (207-64) final Saturday.
 
Leslie recorded wins in each the 100-yard backstroke and the 100-yard butterfly. He posted instances of 52.13 within the 100 again and 50.89 within the 100 fly, with each swims marking personal-best performances. He additionally contributed to Augustana’s relay success, becoming a member of Luke Rettig, Bjorn Sievert and Oskar Bannister on the successful 400-yard freestyle relay. The quartet closed the meet with a time of three:16.50.
 
Diving: Devon Kuhn, Carthage
Kuhn, a local of Leesburg, Ind., turned in a powerful efficiency in final Saturday’s twin competitors for the Firebirds. Competing on the 1-meter board, Kuhn posted a season-best rating of 173.35. The effort helped the Firebirds open the 2026 portion of their schedule with a 222-76 win over Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
