Photography Month Name for Art – Yolo Arts

Gallery 625, with the Woodland Camera Forum, invitations photographers to submit as much as three
artwork works that discover the visceral parts of pictures by way of Color, Texture, and/or
Pattern for this spring’s Sac Photography Month 2026 exhibition.

Cash prizes, supported partially by the Woodland Camera Forum, shall be awarded:

-$250 for “Best in Show”
-$100 for “Second Prize”
-$100 for “People’s Choice”

Best in Show and Finalist Art awards shall be chosen by the YoloArts Arts Advisory Committee
and introduced on the reception on Friday, April third, 2026. The People’s Choice voting will
open at 5pm on March sixth and shut April twenty third, 2026. The winner shall be introduced on Social
Media on April twenty fifth, 2026.

Submissions shall be reviewed by YoloArts and the Woodland Camera Forum for eligibility.
Eligible entries shall be juried by the members of the YoloArts Arts Advisory Committee. Edits
shall be made primarily based on variety of submissions, and dimension of works. To information evaluation of
aesthetics in artworks, committee members will confer with the 11 Aesthetic Attributes*
framework to overview and consider all submissions.

Artist Notification by: February 20, 2025

Opening Reception: April 3, 2026

Exhibition Dates: March 19 – April 29, 2026
