Males’s Swim & Dive Come Out On High Over Alfred University 190-108

GENESEO, NY: The SUNY Geneseo males’s swimming & diving crew opened their spring semester with a win over Alfred University this night, beating them190 to 108.

The 200-yard medley relay opened the meet with a primary place end, with Dylan Gallub, Jake Nielsen, Jack Keene and Matthew Pinzon-Pacheco touching at 1:34.06. Teammates Alex Palmer, Peter Peyser, Connor Baird and Casey Connors took second with a time of 1:35.73.

Nielsen and Baird took the highest spots within the 100-yard breast, ending at 56.56 and 58.56 respectively. Peter Peyser took first within the 50-freestyle together with his time of 21.90, adopted by Alex Trzaskowski in second with a time of twenty-two.26. Peyser got here up large once more within the 100-yard, touching at 48.49 for first place.

In the 100-yard butterfly, Baird completed in first at 52.38, adopted by Jack Keene and Aidan Saladino to take the highest three spots. The 200-yard free relay took first place, with Pinzon Pacheco, Trzaskowski, Connors and Gannon Moore touching at 1:10, 76.

Greg Meder led the Knights within the 1- and 3-meter diving, scoring 515.05 and 392.45. Nathan Davey took second within the 1-meter with a rating of 462.90, whereas Cameron Corona took second within the 3-meter, scoring 297.35.

The Knights will have a good time their seniors on Saturday, January 17^th at 1 PM.
