SCSU Men’s Swimming and Diving Bests Bentley, 152-142, for Second-Straight Win

NEW HAVEN, CONN– Southern Connecticut Men’s Swimming and Diving bested Bentley University 152-142, for his or her second straight twin meet win of the season. 

200 Yard Medley Relay: 
Southern Connecticut relay group of Vincent Roney, Nick Fournier, Jacob Tanner and Aiden Kennedy positioned third with a time of 1:41.52. Another Southern Connecticut group of Sam Whitaker, Jack Simmons, Kenny Lagamao and James Custer positioned sixth at 1:46.64. 

1650 Yard Freestyle: 
Richie Hall positioned second with a time of 17:26.47, following him in third was Lucas Quiroga at 17:51.82. 

200 Yard Freestyle: 
Dylan Prescher gained the occasion with a time of 1:44.66. Samir Souidi positioned fourth with a time of 1:48.07. 

100 Yard Backstroke: 
Vincent Roney positioned fifth with a time of 56.99, following him in sixth was Kris Janney at 58.37. 

100 Yard Breaststroke: 
Ben Frazer gained the occasion with a time of 1:00.88. Following him in second, was Nick Fournier at 1:02.19. Korbin Conliffe positioned third with a time of 1:02.57 and rounding out the purpose scorers in fourth was Jack Simmons at 1:03.89. 

200 Yard Butterfly: 
Aiden Kennedy positioned second with a time of two:00.52. Mason Durant positioned fourth with a time of two:01.99. 

50 Yard Freestyle: 
Jack Fry gained the occasion with a time of 21.53. Daniel Lazar completed third at 22.12. 

100 yard Freestyle: 
Jack Fry gained the occasion with a time of 47.59. Ben Frazer positioned third with a time of 48.42. 

200 Yard Backstroke: 
Kris Janney positioned third with a time of two:00.98. Vincent Roney completed in fifth at 2:06.80. 

200 Yard Breaststroke: 
Sam Whitaker gained the occasion with a time of two:17.09. Following him in second, was Zach Krantz at 2:24.00. Taking third place, was Jack Simmons at 2:25.24. 

500 Yard Freestyle: 
Dylan Prescher positioned second with a time of 4:50.93. Samir Souidi completed third at 4:52.95. 

100 Yard Butterfly: 
Mason Durant positioned third with a time of 52.80. Daniel Lazar adopted him in fourth at 53.71. 

400 Yard IM: 
Kris Janney positioned second with a time of 4:21.31, following him in third was Richie Hall at 4:23.03. Rounding out the purpose scorers, was Sam Whitaker in fourth at 4:25.99. 

200 Yard Freestyle Relay: 
A Southern Connecticut relay group of Travis Scott, Daniel Lazar, Ben Frazer and Jack Fry gained the occasion with a time of 1:27.06. Another Southern Connecticut group of Dylan Prescher, Aiden Kennedy, Samir Souidi and Mason Durant completed fourth at 1:29.35. 

1 Meter Diving: 
Elliott Speckhard gained the occasion with a rating of 249.53. Cole Mullarkey positioned third at 231.30. 

3 Meter Diving:

Southern Connecticut is again in motion on Saturday January 24 at midday to tackle Saint Michael’s College in a Northeast 10 convention match up.
