PETROPAVLOVSK-KAMCHATSKY, Russia, Jan 19 (Reuters) – The greatest snowfall in 60 years on Russia’s Far Eastern Kamchatka Peninsula created huge drifts a number of metres tall that blocked constructing entrances and buried vehicles, in keeping with Reuters visuals and climate monitoring stations.

Video posted on Russian media confirmed locals strolling on snow drifts alongside visitors lights and nice piles of snow a number of metres tall lining roads.
Some jumped down the drifts for enjoyable.
