Athletes of the Week:  

Swimming:  

Ella Deitch | Sewanee | SO | Arnold, MD – Ella Deitch collected three first place finishes this weekend, within the 500 free, the 1000 free and the 200 breast. On Friday, Deitch awam a 5:23.73 within the 500, and added a second place end within the 100 breast, with a season better of 1:12.26. On Saturday, she got here in first within the 1000 free with a time of 11:26.73 and the 200 breast with a time of two:31.97. She additionally swam a 4:52.60 within the 400 IM for second place. 

Diving:  

Zoe Napier | Sewanee | SR | Indianapolis, IN – Zoe Napier swept the boards this weekend for the Tigers. On Friday, she recorded a 140.93 on the 1-meter boards and a 136.95 on the 3-meter. On Saturday, she posted a 153.83 on the 1-meter and a 159.38 on the 3-meter.

Swimming

  • Amy Benson | Trinity | JR | Newmarket, NH – Amy Benson led Trinity to a win over Southwestern on Saturday. She topped the 100 free in a time of 53.96. She anchored the profitable 200 free relay with a time of 23.94, coming again to overhaul the Pirates on the finish. On the profitable 200 medley relay Amy cut up a time of 24.54. Amy was additionally runner up within the 100 backstroke with a 1:03.26.
