Swim & Dive Packages Earn CSCAA Scholar All-America Standing for the 62nd Straight Semester

WASHINGTON – For the 62nd semester in a row, each the boys’s and ladies’s swimming & diving applications at American University have been honored as College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) Scholar All-America groups. It has now been 26 full years through which each groups have met the {qualifications} to be honored.

The CSCAA introduced the number of 709 groups from 414 establishments for the Scholar All-America Team for the autumn 2025 semester. These groups, comprising 16,421 student-athletes, had been acknowledged for his or her excellent educational achievements. To earn this prestigious recognition, groups had been required to realize a grade level common (GPA) above 3.0 through the Fall 2025 semester. 

On the ladies’s facet, American achieved a powerful GPA of three.76 for the semester, whereas the boys’s group posted a fall GPA of three.49. Both groups positioned second amongst males’s and ladies’s groups within the division.

Samantha Barany, Executive Director of the CSCAA, praised the honorees, “The academic commitment demonstrated by these teams is exceptional. These student-athletes continue to set a standard for excellence by succeeding at the highest level both in the pool and in the classroom, and the CSCAA is proud to recognize their dedication and achievement.”
