Tour the marsh

The Redwood Region Audubon Society will current a free guided subject journey on the Arcata Marsh and Wildlife Sanctuary on Saturday from 8:30 to 11 a.m.

Marsh tour

Friends of the Arcata Marsh will sponsor a free tour of the Arcata Marsh and Wildlife Sanctuary on Saturday.

Meet chief Barbara Reisman at 2 p.m. within the foyer of the Arcata Marsh Interpretive Center on South G Street for a 90-minute stroll that can deal with vegetation. This occasion is held rain or shine. For extra info, name 707-826-2359.

Grange breakfast

Humboldt Grange No. 501 will serve breakfast Saturday from 8 to 11 a.m. on the grange corridor, 5845 Humboldt Hill Road, south Eureka.

The menu contains scrambled eggs, pancakes or biscuits and gravy, and sausage, in addition to espresso, tea, scorching chocolate and juice. The value is a $10 donation for adults and a $7 donation for seniors and youth between ages 5 and 12. Children below 5 eat without cost.

Wetlands workday

The Redwood Region Audubon Society will current a for a Wigi Wetlands volunteer workday Saturday from 9 to 11 a.m.

Volunteers will assist create bird-friendly native habitats and restore a piece of the bay path by eradicating invasive vegetation and trash. The path part is situated behind the Bayshore Mall, and volunteers will meet within the car parking zone straight behind Walmart. RRAS will present instruments, gloves and selfmade cookies. Dance occasion

A dance that includes stay music and “a great floor” takes place Mondays from 7 to 9:30 p.m. on the Moose Lodge, 4328 Campton Road, Eureka. Admission is $9.

Play bingo

Bingo is performed each Tuesday on the Moose Lodge, 4328 Campton Road, Eureka.

The public is welcome and the snack bar is open. Doors open at 5 p.m. Early chicken video games start at 6 p.m. Regular video games begin at 6:30 p.m. All proceeds return into the neighborhood.
