This Week in ACC Swimming & Diving

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (theACC.com) – Coast Conference Swimming & Diving groups kick off one other week of competitors this weekend, Friday and Saturday, January 23-24, highlighted by one convention matchup.
 
Virginia will journey to Raleigh, North Carolina, for a two-day meet towards NC State starting on Friday. The top-ranked Virginia Women’s Swimming crew is 7-0 to begin the season and NC State’s No. 7 males and No. 7 girls are additionally each undefeated.
 
The ACC had eight groups in the newest CSCAA Division I Women’s Top 25 Poll, headlined by Virginia within the No. 1 spot, Stanford at No. 3, California at No. 5, Louisville at No.6 and NC State at No. 7. In the newest CSCAA Division I Men’s Top 25 Poll, the league featured eight groups with California main the way in which at No. 5, and NC State (No. 6), Stanford (No. 8) and Louisville (No. 9) rounding out the Top 10. • Notre Dame entered the 2025-26 season below the brand new management of Head Swimming and Diving Coach Michael Norment.
• The Stanford girls’s swimming & diving program entered the 2025-26 season below the brand new management of Paul A. Violich Director of Women’s Swimming Chris Lindauer, former Notre Dame head coach.
• Stanford girls’s swimming & diving holds the title of the one program within the nation to complete within the high 10 in each NCAA Championship courting again to the 1975-76 season, most not too long ago ending because the runner-up within the 2025 NCAA Women’s Swimming & Diving Championships.
• Virginia has received the final 5 NCAA Women’s Swimming & Diving Championship titles.
