Ladies’s Swimming and Diving Dominates in 229-71 Win at Cornell

ITHACA, N.Y. – Brown girls’s swimming and diving (5-3, 3-3 Ivy) gained its third consecutive twin on Saturday because the Bears dominated their option to a 229-71 victory over Cornell (2-6, 1-6 Ivy) at Teagle Pool. Brown swept all 16 occasions in the course of the two-day twin that featured Natalie Garre shattering the 1000 free program file, and Amie Barrow setting a Teagle Pool customary within the 200 breaststroke.

Garre set a brand new high mark for Brown, ending the 1000 free in 9:49.48. Earlier this season, she broke this system file that stood since 2014 (9:52.19). Barrow’s 2:14.69 efficiency within the 200 breaststroke broke the earlier Teagle Pool file of two:14.82.
