The Cowlitz Tribal Gaming Authority (CTGA) is an company of the Cowlitz Tribal Government, working individually from different branches however accountable to the Cowlitz Economic Authority (CEA) which experiences to Cowlitz Indian Tribe Tribal Council. Purpose: The CTGA was established to:

• Develop the Enterprise in a commercially accountable and sustainable method.

Duties and Responsibilities: The CTGA Board of Trustees, in collaboration with the Enterprise’s Management Partner and Leadership Team is answerable for:

• Collaborating with our Managing Partner, Leadership Team, and Consultants assessing and analyzing enterprise alternatives that improve Enterprise.

• Participating in board conferences targeted on operations, strategic planning, budgeting, and reviewing insurance policies, procedures, and improvement initiatives, together with development, administration, promotion, and financing.

• Delivering updates and enterprise suggestions to the Cowlitz Economic Authority (CEA) and Cowlitz Indian Tribe Tribal Council.

• Cowlitz Tribal Gaming Authority of Trustees:

Time Commitment:
