Photography workspace retains disappearing | Group

Intermittent bug:

After making changes in Camera Raw to a .ARW file, after I click on Open to proceed to Photoshop, the workspace in Photoshop is clean (apart from my file).  The toolbars, panels and so forth have disappeared. 

This will be corrected by clicking Window > Workspace > Photography to reset the workspace again to Photography, after which loading up a customized toolbar preset with Edit > Toolbars > Load Preset however it’s fairly annoying because it occurs pretty often, however not each time.  

Please be aware that I’ve raised this bug earlier than, shortly previous to the neighborhood discussion board replace, however the submit seems to have disappeared.  

I’ve tried all of the solutions given by @Noel Orridge and @Sameer Okay  together with:

1) Navigate to C:Users[YourUsername]AppDataRoamingAdobe.

– Right-click the Adobe Photoshop 2026 folder and choose Properties.

– At the underside, uncheck the Read-only field whether it is checked (it’d present a sq.; attempt to clear it).

– Go to the Security tab.

– Click Edit, then guarantee your User Account has Full Control enabled.

 

2) Go again to C:Users[YourUsername]AppDataRoamingAdobe.

– If you see folders for older variations (e.g., Adobe Photoshop 2024, 2023), transfer them to your desktop or rename them.

 

3) Go to Edit > Preferences > Workspace and guarantee “Auto-Show Hidden Panels” is checked.

 

My model of Photoshop is updated (27.3) and this problem has been occurring on this model in addition to a number of earlier variations.
