Landorf and Sarazin Sweep Swim & Dive Weekly Honors

NAPERVILLE – The College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin (CCIW) introduced its Men’s Swimming and Diving Student-Athletes of the Week. AJ Landorf and Kevin Sarazin of the Carthage Men’s Swimming and Diving group had been named the CCIW Men’s Swimming and Diving Student-Athletes of the Week, the convention introduced Tuesday. 

Landorf, a freshman from Naperville, Ill., delivered a standout efficiency on the Wisconsin Private College Championship this previous weekend. Competing individually, Landorf captured first place in all three occasions—the 100-yard backstroke, 200-yard butterfly, and 400-yard IM—highlighted by a personal-best time of 1:56.80 within the 200-yard butterfly. Landorf additionally performed a key position on the Firebirds’ relay groups, swimming within the 400-yard freestyle relay, 200-yard medley relay, and 400-yard medley relay, with all three relays ending in first place. 

Sarazin, a junior from Blaine, Minn., competed in each diving occasions on the Wisconsin Private College Championships this previous weekend. Sarazin scored 265.55 on the 1-meter board to position eighth, then adopted with a rating of 285.45 on the 3-meter board, ending fifth total.
