DENVER, Colo., – The Falcons full the Denver First Chance Invite with eight particular person podium finishes on the second day of competitors at El Pomar Natatorium on Saturday morning. The completion of the invitational alerts the start of championship season for Air Force.

Distance swimmer Surratt claimed the highest spot after recording a 500 free time of 5:03.98 and was joined on the rostrum by Zoe Bresnahan in second. Kyie Landry (5:13.24) and Yvy La (5:15.32) rounded out the highest 5.

For silver within the 200 free relay, Ryan Mills, Eliza Black, Lily Larson, and Bachl mixed for a time of 1:33.47.

Freshmen Landry (2:03.84) and Natalie Doig (2:04.11) completed back-to-back for third and fourth within the 200 again.

Jena Nowoswiat (57.01), Maeve Linscott (57.21), and Abigail Hardy (57.22) went for third, fourth, and fifth within the 100 fly.

The 200 IM noticed Bond earn bronze at 2:06.28 with Hartig behind in fifth (2:06.40) to shut the meet.

Air Force appears forward to the Mountain West Championship Meet at CRWC Natatorium in Houston, Tx., from Feb. 19-21.
