SAAC hosts artist reception for Viewfinder Photography Competition and Pichwai Art Exhibition

The South Arkansas Arts Center (SAAC) invitations the general public to a particular artist reception on Thursday, February 12, from 5:30–7:00 PM, celebrating its latest exhibitions introduced by the SAAC Visual Arts Committee.
