GREENSBORO, N.C. – Bridgewater College ladies’s swimming posted record-breaking performances in day two motion led by freshman Tessa Gorby on the ODAC championships at Greensboro Aquatic Center Thursday. 

Tessa Gorby lit up the competitors from the very starting of the day. Gorby began out in prelims for the 50-yard freestyle to nail a program-record time of 23.75. Later within the A finals, Gorby topped the leaderboard and bested her earlier college document for a time of 23.74.  

At the finals, the 200-yard freestyle relay started the motion in a powerful means as Gorby, Mia Flory, Nelle Hines, and Whitney Speeks posted fourth for a time of 1:38.42; which set the new program greatest.  

Then, Grace Warren earned herself a spot in A finals within the 500 free, ending with a time of 5:17.16.
