Rutgers Cooperative Extension of CMC Family and Community Health Sciences Presents Step it up…Ways to be More Active

  

Cape May Court House, NJ – Rutgers Cooperative Extension of Cape May County Family and Community Health Sciences (FCHS) will current this system, Step it up…Ways to be More Active, from 6 to 7pm on Thursday, April 2, 2026. This presentation is obtainable each in-person and digital. It shall be held on the Ocean City Free Public Library, 1735 Simpson Avenue, Ocean City, NJ.

 

The presenter shall be Chris Zellers, MPP, Cape May County Family and Community Health Sciences Assistant Professor/Agent. Attendees will be taught the advantages of bodily exercise and easy methods to add extra bodily exercise into their day. Zellers stated, “This program will stress the importance of physical activity and encourage participants to live a more active lifestyle.” 

 

In her place, Zellers educates the group on wellness, vitamin, and health. She has intensive expertise collaborating with companions to create wholesome meals environments within the areas of Policy, Systems and Environmental Change. In addition to group well being insurance policies, Zellers works to teach residents on subjects to enhance their total well being and forestall persistent illness with a holistic method to a well-lived high quality life-style that features bodily exercise, a nutrient-dense weight loss program, and high quality sleep.
