An operator shall gather and distribute 18% of the adjusted gross Internet gaming receipts to the director to be forwarded by the director to the Treasurer of State for distribution as follows:

• Two p.c of the adjusted gross Internet gaming receipts have to be deposited within the Gambling Control Unit administrative bills Other Special Revenue Funds account, which is a nonlapsing devoted account;
• Two p.c of the adjusted gross Internet gaming receipts have to be deposited within the Gambling Addiction Prevention and Treatment Fund established underneath Title 5, part 20006‑B;
• Two and one-half p.c of the adjusted gross Internet gaming receipts have to be deposited within the dairy stabilization tier program underneath Title 7, Chapter 611;
• One and one-half p.c of the adjusted gross Internet gaming receipts have to be deposited within the Opioid Use Disorder Prevention and Treatment Fund established underneath Title 5, part 20010;
• Two p.c of the adjusted gross Internet gaming receipts have to be deposited within the Emergency Housing Relief Fund established underneath Title 30-A, part 4765;
• Five p.c of the adjusted gross Internet gaming receipts have to be deposited within the Maine Veterans’ Homes Stabilization Fund established underneath Title 37-B, part 613;
• One p.c of the adjusted gross Internet gaming receipts have to be deposited within the Fund for a Healthy Maine established underneath Title 22, part 1511; and
• Two p.c of the adjusted gross Internet gaming receipts have to be deposited within the School Revolving Renovation Fund established underneath Title 30-A, part 6006-F.
