Microsoft makes dramatic shake-up to its gaming division as gaming CEO Phil Spencer and Xbox President Sarah Bond depart

Xbox has fallen considerably behind rivals Sony and Nintendo lately. Microsoft raised Xbox console costs twice final yr and bumped subscription charges up 50%. In November, the console was even outsold (in unit gross sales) by the motion-controlled Nex Playground console.
