Nighttime Chicago Style Editorial | Emma Mullins Images

The Chicago trend scene is, admittedly, not one I observe carefully. I’m at all times up for photographing new issues, and had in truth been searching for some inspiration once I bumped into my outdated classmate Megan in January! Megan and I truly met in images class again within the day – we had been each college students finding out black and white movie. Yep – we acquired to play at nighttime room and every little thing (these had been the times!).

Fast ahead about seven years… I’ve made images my livelihood, and – get this – she’s an expert mannequin!! It was just about a on condition that we needed to get collectively for a shoot 🙂

We bounced some concepts round and determined to get inventive with nighttime images and many colour. We each needed an edgy, city vibe. Chinatown appeared like a perfect location, and although we virtually froze our fingers off, it was sooooo value it! The finish end result was a stretch for each of us by way of creativity and luxury zone. To my shock, for a shoot that was so color-centric, a variety of my favorites are in black and white!
