The nice blizzard of 2026 has largely blown previous us by now. In its wake, it has left nearly two toes of snow in components of town, and created a Winter Wonderland on this blessed college snow day (earlier than all of it turns to slush and ice and we find yourself hating it tomorrow).
But for now, it is a testomony to nature’s fury and a factor of absolute magnificence. Hell Gate despatched photographer John Taggart throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens from Sunday night time by means of Monday afternoon, to catch the whiteout circumstances, the fallen timber, the cursing commuters, and the final glee of snow oh-whoa-oh-whoa-oh-whoaaaaaa.
