UMBC’s legacy journey system will formally shut down on March 1, 2026, as a part of our transition to SAP Concur.
If you will have excellent journey exercise within the legacy system, please full the steps beneath:
What You Need to Do Now
Submit any remaining reimbursement requests tied to legacy pre-approvals no later than 11:29 PM on February 28, 2026.
Confirm all required documentation has been uploaded and approvals are full.
Contact the Travel Team in the event you want help transitioning excellent reimbursements to Concur.

As we shut this chapter, we wish to acknowledge and thank Joe Kirby and Frank Elmore, the creators of the legacy journey system.
