Men’s Swim and Dive Sending Eight Swimmers to NCAA Championship

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind.- Eight members of the No. 6 MIT males’s swimming and diving staff have been chosen to compete on the 2026 NCAA Swimming and Diving National Championship in Indianapolis on the IU Natatorium from March 18-21.  

Andrew Simons is competing on the NCAA Diving Regionals this weekend trying to be part of his teammates in Indianapolis.  

Selected MIT student-athletes and certified occasions are:  

• Aitor Arrese-Igor : 100 Back, 200 Medley Relay, 400 Medley Relay, 400 Free Relay
• Grant Hu: 500 Free, 400 IM, 800 Free Relay
• Gidean Karp : 800 Free Relay
• Nathan Kim : 200 Medley Relay, 400 Medley Relay, 400 Free Relay, 800 Free Relay
• Mark O’Mara: 1650 Free
• Bryce Roberts: 200 Medley Relay, 400 Medley Relay, 400 Free Relay
• Evan Wong: 400 Free Relay, 800 Free Relay
• Thomas Wu : 100 Breast, 200 Medley Relay, 400 Medley Relay

Competition on the championships begins on Wednesday, March 18.
