Pre-conference actions will embrace NextGen solely Day¹ for college kids and postdocs and a separate exercise² (TBD) for imageomics college and workers. 

¹NextGen Day is open to all college students and postdocs inside the broader imageomics group.

²The college/workers exercise is unique to previous and current imageomics grant personnel (college, workers, and analysis scientists) and should have restricted capability. Additional particulars on the precise exercise can be shared as soon as confirmed.

Wednesday, April 15 & Thursday, April 16 – Imageomics Conference: Open to the broader imageomics group

Thursday, April 16 – Friday, April 17​​​​​​​ – Imageomics Tooling Workshop ‘Add-on’: Open to broader imageomics group

Arrival and Departure Dates:

For these collaborating in pre-conference actions, please plan to reach by the night of April 13. 

For these attending the Tooling workshop, we advocate you guide return journey no sooner than 4pm ET on April 17. 

Location:

The assembly will happen on The Ohio State University campus in room 130 on the Energy Advancement and Innovation Center situated at 2281 Kenny Rd., Columbus, OH 43210.

Getting to Campus:

For comfort, we advocate taking a taxi or utilizing a ridesharing firm to and from the airport, as most places (assembly web site and lodge) are inside strolling distance.
