Obituary for Laura Faye (Fullington) Weston

Laura Faye Weston, age 87, of Tazewell, handed away Sunday, March 8, 2026 at Morristown-Hamblen Healthcare System. “I lived a good life, fought a good fight, now I’m going to be with Jesus and my family. I pray all my loved ones make it so they can be with Jesus also.” Laura was a member of Roe Junction Baptist Church. She was a loving mom and grandmother and will probably be dearly missed. She was preceded in loss of life by her husband, Milam “Ted” Weston; dad and mom, Homer and Lucille Fullington; sons, Steve Weston and Jeff Weston; brother, Paul Fullington; and sisters, Anna Lee and Della Owen. She is survived by her son, Phillip “Troy” Weston; grandchildren, Tosha (Jon) Hicks, Brittany (Josh) Bell, Christina Weston, Hunter (Alexandria) Walker, Matthew (Liv) Weston, Ross (Jessica) Weston, and Jessica (Aaron) Smith; and great-grandchildren, Palmer Bell, Ranger Weston, C.J. Walker, Tatum Weston, and August Weston. Special because of the nurses at Morristown-Hamblen Healthcare System. The household will obtain mates from 5 – 7 p.m. Wednesday, March eleventh at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral companies will comply with at 7 p.m. with Rev. Louie Spradling officiating. Family and mates will meet at 11 a.m. Thursday, March twelfth at Roe Junction Baptist Church Cemetery for graveside companies. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
