Sooners Named High-16 Staff, Will Host NCAA Tournament Video games

NORMAN – For the second consecutive season and the third time below fifth-year head coach Jennie Baranczyk, Oklahoma ladies’s basketball has been named one of many high 16 groups within the nation by the NCAA choice committee, securing internet hosting privileges for the primary and second rounds of the NCAA Tournament in Norman.

The committee unveiled its high 16 groups in alphabetical order Saturday afternoon and can reveal the total NCAA Tournament bracket — together with seeds, matchups and dates — at 7 p.m. CT Sunday on ESPN.

Oklahoma’s choice into the NCAA Tournament marks this system’s twenty sixth berth all-time and the fifth straight below Baranczyk.
