Brooklyn resident Murielle Misczak, 43, tried to cover her face whereas leaving Brooklyn federal court docket after she was arrested and indicted on cash laundering and wire fraud prices for allegedly stealing almost $3 million in youngsters’s tuition cost from a personal day care and preschool she labored at because the director.

Eyewitness News caught up with Misczack leaving her Park Slope residence on Thursday, which is in the identical constructing as Kinderhaus Brooklyn, which is the title of the day care.

The single mother, who’s a Swiss citizen, pleaded not responsible after federal prosecutors say she stole almost $2.75 million from Kinderhaus Brooklyn German-Language Immersion Day Care, which serves round 100 youngsters, most with ties to Switzerland and Germany.

Prosecutors say she spent tens of millions on VIP wrestling tickets, luxurious holidays and meals deliveries.
