Queensborough Community College, in partnership with the NYC Department of Small Business Services (SBS) and the Mayor’s Office for Media and Entertainment (MOME), will provide the Made in NY Media Academy Music Production Bootcamp Training Program. The Music Production Bootcamp is an revolutionary coaching alternative that mixes music manufacturing strategies with hands-on expertise in recording studio environments. It equips contributors with the talents wanted for careers within the music and recording industries. Graduates can pursue employment in business recording studios, reside recording venues, radio and broadcast networks, and with producers serving the music manufacturing area.

The principal goal of the Music Production Bootcamp Training Program is to offer contributors entry into music manufacturing employment alternatives in NYC by offering a powerful basis within the Audio Recording Arts and Sciences. PARTICIPANT ELIGIBILITY

Participants should:

· Be a NYC resident

· Be 18+ years previous

· Be approved to work within the U.S.

· Be Selective Service compliant (if relevant)

· Have highschool diploma or HSE

· Have annual earnings lower than $60,000 (if at the moment employed)

· Provide documentation for all eligibility standards

· Show dedication to working within the music manufacturing area

· Show dedication to touring to Queensborough Community College for in-person coaching

· Commitment to coaching schedule, classes on 2 weekday evenings, and a session on Saturday (No greater than 3 unexcused absences)
