That the Kansas City, Kansas Board of Education approve the Out of District Travel

suggestions as submitted by Lindsey Schneider, Director of Professional

Development and as really useful by Dr. Anna Stubblefield, Superintendent of Schools.

 

Explanation:

Background Information –

Travel for Professional Development and Student Activities have been submitted and

authorized by the constructing principal or division supervisor and by the Superintendent of

faculties.

 

Alignment to a district theme is listed for every skilled studying journey request on the

doc hooked up.

 

The supposed consequence of the skilled studying is acknowledged inside every request on the

doc hooked up. In addition, individuals have additionally articulated the methods during which they

will share and/or implement their studying following the Professional Development.

 

Why it’s Important:

Out of District Travel for Professional Development aligns to the district’s imaginative and prescient, mission,

Student Travel – Real world studying experiences put together college students for work, faculty, and
