I simply tried one thing new, and it was SO MUCH FUN! 🤩 🤩

I’ve had this concept for some time to do an L&D Panel, with an viewers becoming a member of too.

It was my first time doing it (and being very trustworthy), and it was a bit nerve-racking to leap in headfirst, dwell, with 60+ folks attempting it out.

But it labored, and was a lot enjoyable (progress does not occur within the consolation zone, proper?)

Thanks a lot to Anamaria Dorgo & Daniela Bocmaru from L&D SHAKERS for agreeing to do a enjoyable and totally different type of occasion.

And to the panellists who joined Lori Niles-Hofmann, Debora Gallo, Andy Sontag and Milica Sapic 🤩

And to all of the Shakers’ viewers who introduced a number of ideas, which we reviewed in actual time.

What I cherished most was the rawness of the dialog.

The subject was “The Pulse of L&D”.

And we heard dwell views from the viewers, which we mirrored on collectively in actual time.

Think of a digital campfire, the place we share views and tales.
