The APhF Pick:26 Book Award is an annual juried competitors open to all photobooks worldwide that have been produced or revealed between January 2025 and March 2026. By honoring excellent photobooks, Athens Photo Festival acknowledges the pivotal position this medium performs within the modern artwork scene in pushing the boundaries of inventive expression and fostering an ever-evolving dialogue throughout the realm of pictures and materiality. The shortlisted books are chosen by a five-member jury, specialised in photobooks and pictures internationally.

About Athens Photo Festival

Founded in 1987 on the initiative of the late Stavros Moresopoulos, the pageant started because the International Month of Photography in Athens.
